Andrew Mwima Jr is the visionary founder and CEO of Mental Health and Anti-Drug Abuse Zambia. His journey began with personal battles against stress, self-doubt, and the silent weight many young people carry. Instead of giving up, he chose to turn his pain into purpose  building a movement that gives voice, hope, and healing to others.


Today, Andrew leads a nationwide campaign empowering youth to speak up, seek help, and stay drug-free. His story is a reminder that you’re not broken — you’re becoming.

We believe that mental health belongs to everyone. Our programs are designed to ensure that no one is left behind, including individuals living with disabilities, women, and girls.

We have a dedicated team and program that focuses on supporting people with disabilities, promoting accessibility, empowerment, and equal participation in all our mental health and community initiatives.

We also aim to collaborate with Organisations of People with Disabilities (OPDs) and women’s umbrella groups in Zambia, South Africa, and the broader African region working alongside partners such as HWPL South Africa and regional networks led by Ofani to amplify our shared mission of inclusion, peace, and well-being
